Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.

Final sale items (non-returnable): for hygiene reasons, panties, swimwear bottoms, and any item with a removed hygiene liner cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

How to start a return
Email contact@sugarcurves.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with approval and return instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or style, return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
